GETTING READY FOR YOUR SERVICE
This checklist will help us serve you and speed up the cleaning procedure, preventing us from having to charge you additional service fees. (Minimum $50)
- Outdoor furnishings: Move ALL potted plants, furniture, décor, etc. at least 30 feet away from the house. (Cost ONLY includes the removal of furnishings and does not include moving furnishings back in place)
- Windows and Doors: Make sure all windows and doors are closed. If you have known leaks, visually check them and place towels inside (although we do use a soft wash process).
- Driveways: Please remove any vehicles from the driveway before we arrive. In order to ensure they are not damaged.
- Screen Porches/Gates: Be sure to unlock the screen porches and gates so we have complete access to all areas. Otherwise, these areas will not be included in your service.
- Window Cleaning (if applicable): If you scheduled for Exterior Window Cleaning services, please take out any screens (our Techs will not remove screens).
- Water supply: Each exterior water connection must be operational and reachable. (water tanks are ONLY used for commercial services)
- Pets: We ask that any pets or animals be removed from cleaning area while techs are performing your service.
Thank You!
